Tuition

Base tuition at Round Valley Learning Academy is $6,000 per student per academic year. Tuition represents enrollment in the school’s full-time academic program and includes participation in core instruction, guided learning activities, and school-wide educational programming.

Tuition Payment Options

Option 1 — Annual Payment

Families may pay the full annual tuition of $6,000 at the beginning of the school year.

Option 2 — Monthly Payment Plan

Tuition may be paid in monthly installments throughout the academic year.

An $800 non-refundable enrollment deposit is required at the beginning of the school year to secure a student’s placement. This deposit is applied toward the total annual tuition.

After the enrollment deposit is applied, the remaining tuition balance of $5,200 is divided into monthly payments.

Example Monthly Breakdown (Based on a 9-Month Schedule):

Example Monthly Payment (based on 9 months): approximately $578 per month

Mid-Year Enrollment (Prorated Tuition)

Students who begin attending Round Valley Learning Academy after the start of the academic year will have tuition prorated based on the number of remaining months in the school year.

An $800 enrollment deposit is required at the time of enrollment. After the deposit is applied, the remaining prorated tuition balance will be divided into equal monthly payments based on the number of months remaining in the academic year.

Monthly payments for mid-year enrollment will follow the same payment structure as standard tuition schedules, with payments continuing through the end of the academic year.

Tuition Refund and Reimbursement Schedule

Round Valley Learning Academy maintains a clear refund structure to ensure fairness and transparency for all families.

If a student withdraws from enrollment, tuition refunds are issued according to the following schedule:

Before the First Day of School

Tuition payments are refundable, excluding the $800 enrollment deposit, which is non-refundable.

During the First 30 Days of School

Tuition may be refunded on a prorated basis according to the number of instructional days attended.

After 30 Days of School

Tuition payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law or specified in the enrollment agreement.

If tuition payments have been made using scholarship or third-party funding, any applicable refund will be returned to the funding organization in accordance with program requirements.

Families are required to notify the school in writing of any withdrawal request. Refund eligibility is calculated based on the date written notice is received.

MyTechHigh Tuition Reimbursement

Eligible families participating in MyTechHigh (MTH) may receive tuition reimbursement of up to $2,000 per student per year for qualifying educational expenses. Reimbursement requests are typically submitted between August 1 and May 31 through the MyTechHigh system. Families should review current eligibility requirements and submission instructions through their MyTechHigh account.

Utah Fits All Scholarship

Eligible Utah students may apply for the Utah Fits All Scholarship, which provides up to $8,000 per student per year to support educational expenses, including private school tuition. Families may apply through the official scholarship portal and should review current eligibility requirements and funding guidelines, as amounts and policies may change.
