As Founder and CEO, Sarah oversees the vision and direction of RVLA, ensuring we stay true to our mission and fulfill the purpose of our nonprofit. She is actively engaged in the day-to-day operations, bringing passion and vision to the school, while creating meaningful projects that provide valuable, real-world experiences for our students.
Jordan Gillespie
As Chief Advisor and Public Relations Officer, Jordan shapes RVLA’s community presence, builds connections, and advises on key initiatives. His guidance supports our mission and strengthens our relationships within and beyond the school.
Erin Hicken:
Our all-in-one team player, managing finances, tuition processing, and school communications. Erin ensures the smooth operation of RVLA, making sure that both the school’s day-to-day needs and strategic goals are met seamlessly.

As the Lead Guide of the Adventure Studio, Stephanie mentors our junior high students through engaging academic projects and experiences that prepare them for high school and beyond. She cultivates a dynamic learning environment that emphasizes critical thinking, problem-solving, and the practical application of skills for real-world success.
